The Job:
This position is responsible for ensuring the daily office administration of Backcountry Journeys is always taken care of. As a world-wide leader in Outdoor Adventure Travel our systems can be complex & there are always a ton of moving parts. Your job is to pick up those parts & put them where they need to go!

This position oversees a variety of administrative tasks. Everything from backend automations to managing company processes, handling our Commercial Use Authorizations with the various National Parks, managing staff software accounts & acting a backup to to our Customer Service Team. 

The core function of this position is ensuring that all of our paperwork is accurate & filed, we are compliant & everything is in place so that our Operations Team can do their jobs. This position ensures the Company has what it needs to function - all the T's are crossed & the I's dotted! This seat also ensures that we are automating as much as possible! You will work directly with and report to the Business Administration Manager.

Having prior experience working for a company with complex processes & backend automations is a HUGE plus as is experience working with platforms such as Zapier, Ontraport, Power Automate or Make.
